BBQ SAUCE

1 medium onion finely chopped
1 small clove garlic minced
2 TBBS butter
½ cup ketchup
1 tsp prepared horseradish
¼ tsp salt
Few drops of Tabasco or liquid smoke
3 TBS diced green pepper
2 TBS brown sugar
½ cup chili sauce
1 TBS Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp prepared mustard
¼ tsp pepper
½ can cola beverage

1. Saute vegetables in butter
2. Blend together in a large saucepan the remaining ingredients
3. Stir in vegetables and simmer 15-20 minutes stirring frequently.
4. Remove from heat and stir in ½ can of cola beverage.

Yields 2 Cups
