Italian Sausage and Rigatoni
2 lbs Italian hot sausage
2 - 16 oz pkgs. Rigatoni pasta
2 - 16 oz cans spaghetti sauce
1 - 16 oz package mozzarella cheese
1. Cook Italian sausage in large skillet with enough oil to prevent
sticking; slice into ¼ thick pieces.
2. Cook pasta according to package directions while sausage is cooking;
drain well.
3. In a large casserole dish mix pasta with sausage and sauce; cover
4. Bake at 375º for 45 minutes; uncover and top with cheese
return to oven and bake for 15 additional minutes or until cheese
is completely melted.
