Italian Shells Casserole

1 - 12 oz pkg. medium shells pasta
1 - 16 oz can spaghetti sauce
1 - 4 oz pkg. pepperoni slices
1 - 6 oz can sliced mushrooms; drained well
½ 8 oz regular sausage; cooked and drained
4 oz genoa salami; cut in ¼'s
½ small onion; chopped
½ green pepper; chopped
16 oz pkg. shredded mozzarella cheese

1. Cook pasta according to package directions; rinse and drain well
2. Pour ¼ can of spaghetti sauce in bottom of a 11X13 baking dish
3. Layer ½ of pasta, mushrooms, onion, green pepper, salami, pepperoni, sausage and ½ of mozzarella cheese; top with ½ of remaining sauce
4. Top with remainder of pasta then sauce and cheese
5. Cover with foil and bake at 375º oven for 30 minutes; remove foil and continue to bake until cheese is melted.
