My Meatloaf

2 lbs ground round
1 lb ground pork
½ cup ketchup
½ medium onion; chopped
½ green pepper; chopped
½ cup milk
2 tsp seasoned salt
¾ cup quick oats
1 cup parmesan cheese

1. Mix meats together to combine well
2. Add remaining ingredients and mix well
3. Form into large loaf; place on baking sheet with rim lined with foil
4. Bake uncovered in a preheated 350º oven for 45 minutes or until center is firm to touch.
5. Slice and serve with mashed potatoes with gravy, green bean casserole and hot rolls.
