Ox Roast Sandwiches

1 4-5 lb Bottom Round Roast
1 envelope of onion dry soup mix (can use beefy, mushroom or herb)
Enough water to cover roast
2 large onions; sliced
Cole Slaw
Mustard BBQ Sauce

1. Place all ingredients in slow cooker on med-high and cooked covered (do not lift lid) for 4-5 hours or until meat is so tender it can be pulled apart in shreds with a fork.
2. Remove roast from cooker and shred with a fork; spoon out all onions and enough drippings to make moist.
3. Serve on sliced onion rolls with mustard bbq sauce and cole slaw
