Red Potato Salad

5 lbs red potatoes; cleaned, quartered & cooked with skins on
2 cups salad dressing (not mayo)
1/3 cup Spicy Brown Mustard
2 TBS ground pepper
1 TBS garlic powder
1 TBS Seasoned Salt
12 eggs cooked, peeled & chopped
1 large red onion; chopped
4 stalks celery; cleaned & chopped

1. Combine Salad Dressing, Spicy Brown Mustard, ground pepper, garlic powder & seasoned salt in a large mixing bowl.
2. Add to sauce the remaining ingredients and mix well
3. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving
