Zippy Baked Carrots

1 - 16 oz pkg. frozen, chopped carrots
½ C light cream
3 ½ TBS prepared horseradish
1 TBS grated onion
1 C mayo
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
¼ cup melted butter
½ C crushed corn flakes

1. Preheat oven to 350º
2. Place carrots in 9 X 13 baking dish.
3. In a medium bowl combine cream, horseradish, onion, mayo, salt & pepper.
4. Pour over carrots.
5. Combine melted butter and corn flakes; sprinkle over carrots.
6. Bake 20 - 25 minutes or until bubbly and carrots are tender.
